Arctic Edge Summer Sports Camp offers your child a fun, exciting and safe environment to spend their summer.
Our camp provides the opportunity to participate in many varied sports and athletic pursuits.Your child will make friends and stay active while trying new and stimulating activities. We offer such a variety that there is something for everyone.
Every day campers participate in a morning workout, play basketball, and ice skate. Some of our weekly activities include swimming, martial arts, hip hop dance, arts & crafts, hockey, ping pong, gymnastics, ballroom dancing, cheerleading, and skateboarding just to name a few.
In order to attend Summer Sports Camp all campers must be at least 7 by the beginning of August.
Drop Off/Pick Up
Our hours of activities are 9am until 4pm. However, we understand that most parents have busy schedules so we open our doors for drop off at 7:30am. Between 7:30 and 9am campers can play games, watch movies, color or just relax until our daily activities begin promptly at 9am. In the afternoon pick-up begins at 4pm and will last until 5:30 at which time all campers need to be picked up. If your child has not been picked up by 5:30 there will be a late charge of $1.00 per minute for every minute after 5:30. This must be paid at the time of pick up to the counselor on duty.
For lunch, campers have the option to bring their lunch from home, or purchase a lunch from the snack bar. Campers may purchase only the items on the lunch list which includes chicken strips, popcorn chicken, hot dogs, hot pockets, corn dogs, pizza, burritos, chips, French fries and much more. The lunch list does not include caffeinated sodas, candy and other foods that are high in sugar.
Healthy snacks will be provided every morning and afternoon. At 4:30 campers will have the opportunity to purchase a snack from the snack bar in addition to the snack they are provided. However, they are limited to spending $3.00 each day. Campers may also bring a snack from home, but we ask that snacks that are high in sugar be kept to a minimum.
For your convenience, we ask that you load a lunch/snack card with money that we will run each day. This way your child does not risk losing their lunch money. With the purchase of a lunch/snack card we are able to provide you with an accurate balance as well as a record of what your child purchases each day. Furthermore, if you wish to, you may place restrictions on what your child can purchase with their lunch/snack card.
Sessions & Prices
Arctic Edge Summer Sports Camp offers a variety of sessions to fit your summer needs and schedule. Camp begins on May 29th and lasts all summer until August 17th. In order to book your child’s spot at camp a $25.00 non-refundable enrollment fee must be paid at the time of enrollment.
You may choose for your child to attend camp for one week, one month or the entire summer. Camp costs $125 per week if you register for four consecutive weeks. However, you are welcome to pick and choose your weeks to fit your schedule and the cost is $145 per week. Below are the sessions available.

What is a typical day at camp like?
Campers are kept very busy. A general schedule of what your child would be doing at camp may look like this:

What should my child bring to camp?
While at camp all campers will need a variety of clothing to keep them comfortable. Each day they will need tennis shoes, flip-flops, warm clothing for skating, crew socks, gloves, a bathing suit, towel, shorts, and a t-shirt. We recommend a bag or backpack for you camper to carry their items.
What types of snacks are offered?
Two snacks a day are offered to every camper. We have a variety of snacks including: string cheese, pretzels, carrots, pudding, chips, and many others. If your camper would like a different snack or more, they are welcome to bring one from home or at 4:30 they may purchase an additional snack from the snack bar. However, they are limited to spending $3.00 per day. A list of weekly snacks will also be available.
Who leads the activities?
We have counselors to monitor and engage with the campers during daily activities and games. The program is overseen by Management. Specialized instructors are provided to teach children during certain special activities. Each day campers will have an opportunity to work with a new instructor and to learn a new activity. Are the counselors experienced?
We make sure that all our counselors are at least 18 years of age and are CPR and First Aid certified. We ensure that our counselors are trained to uphold the highest standards while caring for your child.
My child is planning to attend camp with a friend, will they be in the same group?
At camp we separate the campers into groups by their age so that the activities they participate in will be age appropriate.
How soon must I register?
All previous campers can begin registering in the early spring while new camp participants can begin registering April 1st. Space is allotted on a first come first served basis so enroll early to ensure your spot in the Best Summer Camp in OKC!
